Pure Cycle (PCYL) is engaged in the privatization of municipal water and waste water systems in Colorado and throughout the United States. The Company seeks to use its portfolio of water rights and water technologies to enhance the availability and quality of municipally provided drinking water. The Company purchased approximately 11,650 acre feet of water and entered into two eighty five (85) year water and waste water Service Agreements with the Rangeview Metropolitan District which will enable the Company to provide water and waste water service to over 36 square miles of property located in the Denver metropolitan area. The Company continues to develop its patented water recycling technologies and, will seek to integrate these technologies for processing waste water into pure potable water for reuse as part of its waste water service commitment to the District's Service Area.
