Harold, for my money I like the charts posted by Ron (#30166). Oil has gone down and will rise again - all the way. Similarly, the oil service stocks have gone down, and will rise again - all the way. That's my humble opinion. Day to day, and even week to week, some moves seem disjointed and irrational, but month to month, those that are down will come back.

Good prospects for a productive OPEC meeting in Cancun; perhaps a positive announcement on Friday. Mexico is the right non-OPEC member to tell it like it is (published monthly production figures rather that reliance on secondary sources, all members must comply with quotas, etc.) and Venezuela is the right country to be talking with since they have until recently failed to comply with the final 10% of their quota.

At last, things are going our way.

Best of luck,

Steve
