And the SRA deal closes on the 14th I believe. Im ready for a little Octoberfest!

Man, ASND under 45, my trigger finger is getting twitchy! Do I jump in now or wait for more stupidity? Decisions, decisions... I think Ill wait for the 42 number, if it doesnt get there Ill probably catch some more on the way up under 45.

Monday Oct 19 will be a big day for Ascend shareholders:

Ascend will report earnings after the bell, per your call to IR;

SRA shareholders vote that day, per SEC filing pointed to earlier by someone else on this thread;

and, I'm guessing that they will also report sale agreements for SRA part(s) - I cann't see them doing that before the vote, and Ascend said recently that an SRA sale announcement was coming out in weeks.
