Aaron,

(1) Multitexturing is patentable

Wrong. The implementation of multitexturing is patentable.

(2) Patentable has only two t's

Noted. Thanx.

(3) They _did_ get a patent on it

The court will decide exactly what they got a patent on. It is not so cut and dry or the lawyers would be out of business :)

(4) You didn't specify _which_ company you "verified" your claim that "They have no holds on multitexturing in general or on the 'method' which is in use in DxD"

3Dfx of course. Who else. I was on the phone for over an hour with 3Dfx and some of the questions I had are still not fully resolved and they are going to get back to me on that. On the topic of law suit however, they were clear and they essentially confirmed everything I've said on the topic.

Consider my long position "support" more than anything else. Isn't that what a company wants from an investor?...

When it comes to 3Dfx I am totally confused as to 'what' they want from the investors. I hope you are keeping your shares in a cash account to keep the short sellers hands off it. When discussing the price action of TDFX, all the other points you are making <said in a Borg Collective voice> is irrelevant.
