Tim: I did read both the World Bank and IMF report though I tend to take their reports with a grain of salt since their agenda might be to incite fear among the world governments particularly the G7 as their survival depends on spooking the industrialized nations and getting more funding.So it might be a ploy to get more money so that they can keep their cushy jobs,you with me.<gg>

PS:
Don't get me wrong they are right in that things are not all that good in S.E.Asia,Russia etc but their remedies obviously haven't done much to calm things down particularly in IMF's case and there are strong objections among G7 countries in keeping this fat cats in their cozy little bureaucratic kingdoms.Case in point is the U.S Congress,they are quite suspicious of these fellows.
