I agree with you 100%. UMC, or TSCM, or even that other Singapore foundary is a lot more reliable and cheaper than ST. TI screwed them before, why would they go back to these guys. Taiwanese are very aggressive now, and do make excellent chips at good prices with reasonable yields. LISTEN OSMAN & CO. THE ANSWER IS TAIWAN .
