Agreed,tax selling plus window dressing for the fund managers and other institutional boys who do not want it on their sheets at the end of the quarter now that they have warned will keep this stock in the doldrums for the foreseeable future.

If "tax loss selling will keep a lid on any rebound" then, the best course of action is to wait until next earnings report to make a decision. Personally, I think they will make estimates and if they do miss, they will miss by a few cents. This scenario will not be like Bay where Bay came in at about 1/5 of their estimated earnings. By the time of the earnings report, we will have reports from other telecom equipment companies and should be able to evaluate the growth picture.

Tax loss selling will be a little different this year. There are plenty of folk that won't have to buy or sell anything.
