Also, the 10Q calls for the increase of authorized shares from 50mil to 75 mil,so that JNC can convert. They have already issued a conversion letter dated sept 17th.The catch is that it states the stock holders must vote to increase the shares.Now I don't know how much stock we hold on this thread but I say NO NEW SHARES. Let 'em wait.If they convert, a huge dilution occurs rending our shares more worthless than they are now. If they cannot con vert then they may put a lien on the assets, but so what you can't get blood from a turnip. It would behove them to wait for an increase in stock price if they really want to see the co. succeed.Any comments?
