Richard, Since you posted your remarks to me, let me add, with all due respect for you, that this "unknown party," Info Dart, asked another S.I. member, Bill Jackson, to post the exact same message last night. Allow me to direct your attention to Message 5872797 . In light of that, your post is redundant. I am sure you did not realize this and were merely being used by Info Dart. It is clear that Info Dart acted wrongly, lost his membership rights, and now cannot stop finding new ways to post his same old stuff. This time he managed to get you to do it. For anyone who does not know why Info Dart was terminated last night, it is because, despite numerous warnings from S.I., he repeatedly violated the published "Silicon Investor Terms of Use," which can be found at the following link: techstocks.com . Make no mistake, Info Dart was warned and warned again. He made many private messages to individuals here threatening them in a criminal manner. He is fortunate to have only been sanctioned as he was. He could be subject to further, more formal prosecution. Also, he created a separate S.I. thread devoted entirely to encouraging disparaging remarks toward me, and he had my full name posted in the title of the thread in a manner that was both inappropriate and insulting to me. No one here would have tolerated such an abuse of this forum and such a personal attack of one's character and credibility. He was totally and undeniably out of line, as he had been on numerous occasions in the past. He continuously used vulgar and offensive language, harassed me and many others, invaded our privacy in a grossly egregious manner, was abusive, obscene, tortious and otherwise quite objectionable. He was one of the worst elements of S.I. and they saw fit to get rid of him. He had already been warned and suspended, but continued his campaign of disruption and abuse. Let no one make the mistake of believing Info Dart was some sort of martyr. He was not. He was a problem. Now he is gone. He deserved exactly what he got. There is no reason whatsoever to feel any sympathy toward him. He created his own mess and now he must live with it. I submit that S.I. is better without him. Bill
