Mike, JMAR also gives its employees shares as an incentive. This is not the same as a share buyback. JMAR could be buying close to 1 million shares back at the $2 level. Microsoft is doing nothing like this in relative terms of percentage of float.

From MSFT annual report it shows that if all of their outstanding options were exercised by employees they would have over 30 percent additional dilution of their outstanding shares. This is one of the reason MSFT has been buying share in the open market at the lofty levels that it trades at. As much as I appreciate what MSFT has done for the computer industry everyone needs to remember that MSFT has a larger market cap than GE does, and GE does five times more annual revenue and around two to three times the earnings of MSFT.

Just thought I out in my 2 cents.
