The Tankin Report is Japanese Consumer Confidence. Japanese confidence is expected to be much lower.

On the other hand, Gold investors see the $XAU.X index stop falling momentarily and think its time to party. Such boundless enthusiasm should be useful for something. When I think of it I'll let you know.

You don't have to use IE to access real time emini quotes. I just configured it for Market Research with Netscape. Didn't read closely enough before.
