A few months ago I saw a tip for TCBG. It sounded like
an interested company, good product and was being promoted
as signing up retailers like Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, etc
to handle the retail end starting this fall. I took a
position, modest but a long position. I felt the upside
looked very exciting. Before considering adding to my position I began to try to get the financials. They are
not available anyhwere on the net that i can find. I went
to the website where I found pictures of their new products
and the name of the person in charge of"Investor
Relations". I contacted him and got a reply that said
"try calling 407-925-4161". that was the extent of the
investor relation. I called that number and the person
said that they were not required to furnish that
information. I explained I was a stockholder wanting
to know more and take a larger position. didnt matter.
I posted a note again here asking if anyone could help.
I got the same e-mail telling me to try a phone number.
Finally, I contacted T. Rowe Price to see if they had
access somehow. They were only able to provide the
corporate address. Finally I wrote a letter to them,
explained the above and asked for financial info, simply
last fiscal year end and most current quarterly.
I have had no reply. I am sending this so anyone here
may think twice about this company. I am beginning to wonder if they even exist.

PUBLIC stock tips. Use them for further research ONLY.
This information comes from a public forum.

As a general guideline, we suggest you do not invest
more than 3% to 5% of your total portfolio in ANY stock
with a share price of less than $10 - most cheap
stocks (i.e. penny stocks and stocks under $5) are
priced that way for a reason. Do not believe the hype!
