Hi Shoe, I agree that filling in with Conv. Bonds is a nice way to collect some rent while our common shares are asleep. A good friend just got some of those nice VLSI bonds at about $83 last week.

If you have 1/2 your money in the bonds and 1/2 in the common, your income is about the same as a money market fund with lots more potential.
