Yes if you deliberately give your kid a bunch of peanut butter when you know there are a few of these peanut allergy kids in your school and your grandkid then proceeds to threaten the other kids with it. Yes that would be a very serious matter, not sure of the criminality of it - I would say your kid should definitely be expelled for this sort of behaviour though.

Of course if you think your grandkids love of peanut butter and bananas is more important than another kids life, well thats another matter isnt it.
