OSICOM TECHNOLOGIES INC has filed a Form 8-K with the SEC

It covers the structural changes that Osicom mentioned in its last CC.
Seems like, changes have already started to take place : John Gorman is leaving the company - reducing the overhead. New sales VP added as was announced in a PR few weeks ago.
