Yousef, Re -- Not a good way to do business, IMHO Actually it tells us a lot more about the level of testing and "hiding" of bugs that is going on at AMD. In their rush to ship faster chips they are cutting HUGE corners. I feel sorry for the suckers who now buy/have bought ANY K6/K62.

Dr. Yousef, Re--"some vendors to reduce cost are using Win95 as the...." I think you are right to be angry with lack of info. from AMD about the problem with win-95. At the same time Microsoft has brought a more stable OS into the market and I don't see the same anger toward the Box makers. Re-- "At times Dr. Saeed, you sound a little defensive of AMD " I was stating my opinion. For my work, I need the fastest CPUs and I am looking forward to 1GHz CPUs.
