Ken, you are missing my point. If what port_mgr says about the president's message is true, then only selected few have significant information about the company. It sounds like TWX has definitely selected ccur, and if you didn't read SI, would you know this? You would be anticipating / expecting it, but you wouldn't know it for sure! There is a big difference!

Did you notice that SEAC
did not have a stock reference to TWX or SEAC
on that press release. Also no quotes from TWX.
I wonder if they had permission to release that
press report ?
I also see that hardly any shares have been bought
on the news. Very strange.....

Ken,

Why would they get no benefit?

1. They would dilute the importance of the SEAC announcement.

2. TWX would have lots of momentum with two announcements.

3. CCUR would not be an also-ran by putting distance between the two announcements. i.e. Oh yeah, didn't someone else already announce that they were the vendor first???

Maybe I don't get the PR strategy but ANY announcement would be appreciated. I don't think the president's letter in the annual really says anything of substance or their lawyers wouldn't allow it to go to print before an announcement was made. Also, the annual is usually supposed to refer to business activity in the PREVIOUS year, am I wrong?
