Port_mgr, With all due respect, your response is weak and sounds like cya.

1) I as an investor, and any other investor for that matter, should not have to have a fed-x number on file with the company to make sure I get all the significant information about the company on a timely basis. I think that is why the concept of a press release was invented? I can't believe someone of your investment status made that comment!

2) You are right, those that sold did so by their own choice, but they did so without having the information that others had. You and I both know that the SEC wants a level playing field.

3) To suggest that people should have been warned that ccur would get the TWX business because goodboy talked about it on the thread is beyond me. It may strike you as strange, but not everyone believes everything they read on these threads.

4) You say that retail investors have to take a long-term view? So that means that they are not entitled to the information that moves the stock in the short-term?? Maybe we should ask the enforcement division of the SEC how they feel about that??

5) Why are you responding to my comment in such a defensive manner if nothing wrong was done?
