Les, How does this work exactly? Does this mean that if you are an Oregon resident, you can say to your employer that you dont want to belong to SS? But then, what if you worked in Ca in the prior years, do you lose those benefits? Also, is this legal.... or are there any loopholes where these people that "opt out" of SS can claim discrimation or something when they actually hit 65 and end up with benefits anyway?
