To set the record straight.

There are 2.4 million warrents available to be exercised starting tomorrow, Oct. 1, 1998. These warrents are held by groups close to the insiders and are not expected to hit the market in any great fashion. There is also buyers lined up and ready to accept them should any be let go. Not all are expected to be held. Some will be let go. Expect to see some block trades within the next couple of weeks.

Escrow shares:
There are 800,000 shares held in escrow belonging to some of the company founders. They have applied to have them released early, but management has opposed this. They will continue to be held in escrow until this matter is resolved by mgnt.

A new possible use for SV-35:

Ever sanded hardwood flooring? It sucks. It could be a lot easier to spray on SV-35 and sweep up the old coating. Light sand, then re-coat. Just a thought.
