No I'm not a lawyer (which does not necessarily mean that I wouldn't be a scumbag). However, ETSI acknowledges that QCOM has strong intellectual rights over CDMA. Some people are happy with that and conclude that hey, that also means W-CDMA. To me that is very sloppy thinking. Sloppy thinking => sloppy investing.
