Wait, I thought that VTSS was capacity limited. Doesn't the market know anything?!? What's going on here?

Well, I happen to disagree. The strong uptick in the last 15 minutes which lifted VTSS to $23-5/8 is a very bullish sign. Remember the monday of last week? VTSS traded as low as $21-3/4 that day. But there was a similar surge in the last 30 minutes which lifted VTSS to close at $24-3/4. The very next day VTSS jump-started at $26, and the rest was the history. Now we are back to the exact same situation again. Can't guarantee that we will start at $25 tomorrow, but definitely somewhere in the $24 range, barring any new significant Tech earning warnings tonight. If DOW and NAZ recover significantly tomorrow, we might be back to $26 range by the day's end. You never know!

Will post any analysts' new comment if any tonight.

Good luck everyone.
