<<That will of course not do G*, or Lor, any good at all. The very survival of the industry will be called into question. That could create a truly fabulous G*/Lor buying opportunity sometime early next year. Crystal ball gazing, I know.>>

Me thinks your crystal ball is experiencing excellent reception, Doug. I've never quite understood those whose argument was that what's bad for Iridf is good for G*.

If you haven't read the Oct. issue of Wired with the cover story on Iridium and the side stories on alternative launch ventures, let me recommend it. An interesting read for the $4. It'll be on-line in a few weeks likely. ...Tim

Dougin: I will admit that you are persistent. No matter how many times your wild speculations are proven to be just as wildly wrong, making you appear quite foolish, you continue making them. Just a hint, in the future you might try some basis for your statements. There would'nt even have to be much of a basis to be an improvement.
Iridium has their constellation aloft, they will be fully operational less than 1 1/2 months late. With a project of this magnitude, starting up that close to their long held date is phenomenal. G* supporters, of all people, should be well aware of that.
