Port_mgr, I don't want to get back into the dialog we use to get into before and I am not angry at anyone on this thread. I am disappointed (and I have let the company know) that the company would choose to disclose probably the best news to hit this company in a format that they should have known would not reach all the shareholders at the same time. Also, you know that the legal words cover the 10K and not the president's message in the annual report! Also, this annual report in not on edgar, because I have access to a service that sends me an e-mail every time something is filed on the companies I have requested. My point is as simple as this - there are people out there buying and selling this stock and some know about the sign up of twx (or some other major cable company, it really doesn't matter which one) and some don't. It doesn't effect me for an investment standpoint, because I have neither bought or sold anything recently. I just wonder where the hell in house counsel was, because any way you want to cut this, it is a major screw up! (are you reading this Corkey!) Now unless you want to continue this, I am finished. I just hope this stock goes up soon, so I can dump, because I don't want to have as big as position as I have in a company that makes these kinds of mistakes.
