PaddyD - Re.:I wouldn't mind hearing from him on this subject.

I would like that too! I have no special reason to think that he will do better or worse. Assume that he is in a business to make money. With large share ownership, he has a larger stake at risk and has a greater control on company's direction (shareholder voting, mergers, acquisitions, etc.).
How well CMND is doing will be reflected in earnings, growth, cash, debt, etc. The real question is why the stock price is so low. There are many small cap stocks selling at cash value. Neither we nor Mr. Caputo will have control over the market price which is mostly determined by demand vs. supply of the stock.
There is one thing he can do (within his control): improve public relations with press releases to analysts.
Conservative business people hesitate to do this because it could be perceived as hype. The stock may have to sell itself. If Mr. Caputo reduces his holding, someone can buy them out at some discount. Ram
