Jim: I haven't been tracking Iridf numbers very closely. I've got some material I cna check this evening but one of the sat pro's will likely have the number pronto. I have not seen anything related to change in G* price structure.

As I mentioned to Doug, the Wired article is a good overview of the major issues, including price, but I don't have it handy. ...Tim

Don't forget that G* also has a whole lot more capacity. Multiples.
