Kevin,

I cannot figure it out either. I know we had a bump with Best Bank, but things have been strengthened and should be safer now to bumps like that. I have one theory why the price is dropping.

ABN has lost some money in the last few years...maybe people were not impressed by what they saw was a bad acquisition....I think anyone who sells now is making a big mistake. These texans are pretty smart fellows...and I am sure they did not get cheated. We are trading at levels that was seen prior to last quarters earnings...I think people always gets nervous before earnings..and it is not causing but lack of buying. Once earnings come out I think more people will gobble this bargain up.

Greg

Kevin I really believe that CLCK is going to be a very big player in a number of burgeoning credit and debit card processing areas. It's true that their recent press releases have been rather vague but they are not so vague that someone like myself can't do a little research and begin to read through the lines. For instance I hope people aren't forgetting that CLCK already works with CitiBank and Lockheed Martin on EBT processing. There hasn't been much revenue here yet for CLCK but it's coming because eventually even social security will be doled out on debit cards, perhaps smart ones at that.

I haven't even got to the 700 merchants accounts that CLCK will be handling. We are talking about monthly fee's, charges for each transaction, electronic terminal fees and probably a percentage of everything billed on the cards. I know I'm just guessing but eventually the growth from these businesses will far outweigh any cost associated with the purchase of these electronic commerce technologies. I haven't even scratched the surface of what is possible with internet technology and a rapidly approaching paperless society. Your money is in the right place Kevin. Keep reading.

E-Commerce-Real Time Solution:
Design Fee = $625.00
Per transaction fee = $.75
Plus your banks discount rate, transaction rate and the monthly statement fee. (No terminal or software fees)

Those monthly statement and per transaction fees are much higher than what we are used to seeing for CLCK. This could really add up if CLCK is doing anything similar.
