Jeff, The use of EBT smart cards is also being used here in Florida. It's no longer a test. I was in a grocery store yesterday, when the person in front of me pulled out her EBT card. I asked her how she liked it and see said it worked very well, the only problem she is having is with the clerks who don't know how to use the system. I guess there still has to be some training. She said that with the people who know what they're doing, it's a breeze. Kevin
