LU market cap $90 Billion as of last night. They could easily cough up $15 Billion for COMS or ASND. WHen it comes to chosing between the two, COMS HAS A BIG ADVANTAGE as folows: COMS: last 12 months sales $6.0 Billion (approx) ASND: last 12 months sales $1.6 Billion (approx) COMS: market cap now $10 B ASND: market cap now $9 B Why the heck would LU pay almost the same $$ to get sales revenues that are 1/4 the size of COMS? By paying $15 Biliion for COMS, LU gets to add the maximum $$ revenues to the top line. The biggest "bang for the buck" !!!
