No shareholder vote, 6 to 1 dilution, 7 to 1 dilution, this is a joke. This is a bigtime ripoff. Hey, David Smith, how you liking your buddy HK now? Or are you in on it? The SEC will find out. An orange jumpsuit would look good on you .

Wow-- And to think, I almost didn't buy more CSMA stock today. But I got my order in at 3:45pm, and at a bargain price, too. I was expecting to pay over 30&#162 by then, but the day traders were already out and let me in for cheap. Well, folks...guess if you want Enviro-tech stock, you're going to have to buy it on the market now. If I had any questions about this, I would have to wonder at the lack of notice...seems to me that the company is trying to reward the loyal shareholders, and not give the fence-sitters a chance to jump in. Interesting tactic. And lucky me...my total shares are divisable by six. Must be my lucky day! Thanks for posting the article, dch. Cheers! Rick
