George, this outfit seems to be shooting itself in the foot just for administrative and procedural issues. The real issue is if one believes there are significant precious metals that can be recovered economically. If one believes the metals issue, then the other problems are just a matter of time for resolution. You can buy stock high when there are few problems, or buy it low when there are many. I'll take administration problems over metals problems any day. The former can be solved, the latter can't. There is a case for buying low.
