Dave, haven't seen you around for a while.

I sold at ~28 and will not re-buy until 22 or lower. Kept my IRA holdings, though cause I rarely trade and have a much longer horizon (though I probabaly should sell)

27% premium, actually. I have a NAV of $20.18. And, what Who? offering are you referring to? I haven't seen any release. I hope we don't see $22, and the way SFE has been holding up, considering, I really can't see it going below $25, but it all depends on what kind of announcement we get, and when. If there were no offering expected, I would definitely sell with this premium, and look to buy back at oh, say, around $22 ;-}
