That is how I think Fidelity was planning on reacting based on a seminar I attended given by one of their VPs. They think that small
caps are great value and that large caps will go down.
The missing link I think is that a rally will not be sustained by small caps alone and they will go down even further before the market rsumes its up journey.

That is what I am wondering.

I do remember Jim stating though that if this happens at the expense of the large caps then we may be in worse trouble. Haven't figured that one out yet but he seems to feel very strongly about that. Believe that it has something to do with liquidity.

Anyway, there was a time that the small caps led the market and outperformed the big ones. Think that changed a couple of years ago.
