NOTICE FROM IDB: Due to a large number of calls about the press release today by FNTN, IDB management has suggested to FNTN that a press release tomorrow may be necessary.

Management at IDB trusts that this new release will provide answers for these callers as well as clearing up any misconceptions that investors may have at this time.

Kevin: Fundamentally you are correct. The problem is that buying IDB would have put FNTN in another business. One that is not their forte. Better that they should collect revenues from just that portion that enhances their own business then try to run someone elses business. They have their hands full with what they do best.
I think it's a smart move, all the way around.
