Maybe, this and the other quibble are just little steps in a big plan? I had to say very interesting theory. I think a while back someone posted a Lehman Brother report saying Dr. Jacob will hold a telephone conference on Oct 7 to put the light on this W-CDMA and Qcom stand on the IPRs issue one and for all. I think we should wait then to know the true fact. Given the integrity of Jacob I would tend to believe his words during this sure to be an interesting session. And hopefully the stock will move up then.
