MB: You may recall my asking, several months ago, about your opinion on whether the Nikkei dropping to the 12,000 level would cause Japanese banks to start liquidating assets. As I'm writing, it's dropped close to the 13,000 mark, so I thought I'd ask again. TIA, Merritt
