it may not be a finished deal,. mr Bender, but I feel as stingey and
as tight-lipped as this company has been about information and
nameing the people involved in this litigation,
this is certanly a major turnabout, a major milesstone, something has
been achieved, obstacles overcome, things have definitely been firmley nailed down, ect, ect. or they would not have named names.

This makes me feel as though they finally have some one FIRMLEY by
the "short hairs" now and they are not afraid
to announce it to the world.

Todays news announcement could
be looked at as sort of the first major "yank" at these fellows to
finally force some sort of resolution to this issue.
If you notice the price rose 1 cent from this first "yank"at them.

If they dont react, Brad and Floyd can just pull harder untill someone cries "uncle". Let the world in on every detail now, it can only help the price of the stock and pressure these guys.
This will happen as the price begins to rise again.

I think the pressure is on now, and I wonder if their will be any
lawsuits for damages to the company caused by these people dumping
stock they were not supposed to.

any ideas aboiut it???

James,

Maybe not gentler, but definitely more humble...I guess being an investor in MIDL can do that! My losses on EUTO didn't look quite so bad and the management not as crooked!!
