to my thread-friends and fellow dgiv-investors. as many of you know have lost a wager on this thread and will not be posting for the next month. without regard for the wager, i am disappointed in the missed filing of the 10SB and if anyone at dgiv reads this thread, to you i say you need to make that filing for the benefit of your investors. 'nuff said. people don't forget the header at the top of this forum. this is a fun thread despite the detractors and the occasional well-intended friendlies bent on saving us and generally ending with i told you so!. this is one of three bb stocks i track. the other two have had numerous starts and stops, missed schedules, shareholder disappointment, short-lived runups, hypesters, bashers etc etc - you catch my drift. but the good news is that eventually the other two, despite their fumbling, finally reached the starting gate. and while there are clearly no guarantees in the market, i believe dgiv will eventually make it to the starting gate as well. with that i say good luck all, here and elsewhere. i'll be slipping back to lurking class now, hopefully it's well stocked with bud. here's lookin' you in the eye folks! gary ja_iwa@fred.net

a public apology to Paul McGinnis. in August i wagered with you that dgiv would meet the two following objectives: 1. audited financials filed on Edgar by october 1 2. no reverse split the period of that wager has now expired and you are the victor. i am by no means a sore loser and in the spirit of that wager i am now fulfilling the first condition of that wager - a public apology. no questions, no excuses, you win. i hereby acknowledge your clearer perspective in measuring the ability of dgiv to complete that basic objective. as the second condition of our bet i will not post on the dgiv thread for one month. to all my friends and fellow dgiv investors - see ya next month :) regards to all. gary p.s. i hope this is a satisfactory fulfillment of the terms of our wager.
