Tom, That's why I like your daily reports. You know how to "move the chains" and get first downs... And there are always plenty of stocks to buy in a down market.... We have been buying huge VA's and DCA'ing into the market (8% bucket for 1 year). FWIW, there are two bills in the House and Senate today that have in writing plans to abolish the IRS by Jan 2001 b/c of the Y2K problem and the IRS inability to deal with this change. They (the IRS) are the least prepared insititution in the US to handle this issue... Hence, there are 5 different proposals for a flat tax (1 at 20%, 2 at 17% and 2 at 15%). Now you know why we are selling VA's. Keep up the great work. JT
