increased estimate for fiscal year
Dell has been in warmup mode for the last year or so. They have grown for sure, but not as much as demand has grown. You can't grow one part of the company without overtaxing other parts. So Dell has grown, figured out what is getting stressed, improved upon it and made it scalable, then grown again to test out the next process or area. These changes have been rolling through the system. I think they are close to getting all areas ready not just for the current high demand, but for potential hypergrowth. There are not many areas left which are not ready to dramaticly increase their amount of throughput to accommodate the scenario.
