Dear Paddy D: I am not so sure that you PE ratios are modest anymore in this market. However, more importantly, is the company MUST improve its public relations and flow of information to the investing public (In my Judgement) to see any material price increase. I do not agree with an earlier post that MANY small cap companies are selling for CASH VALUE. They may be in the neighborhood of BOOK VALUE but not CASH VALUE. I have NEVER seen this before in my life. JDN
