With the 30 year bond dropping below 5%, how much attention will investors pay to the current dividend yield of .7%. Isn't this the only major telecom equipment stock that pays a dividend.

Well, you might do better at the roulette table. Nortel very well may rebound in 1 1/2 months. I have no idea how it will possibly go up 203%, OR 1500% ANNUALIZED (!) from now to options expiration in November, approximately the same time frame. I sincerely hope the $4250 (plus commission) you spent is fun money.
