Great, then we can cry on each other' cyber shoulders should we get run over.

I was afraid to short YHOO or XCIT again because they have been getting a run on good news and seem to be the leaders of the industry. Technically, NSCP and LCOS looked more vunerable to me. I not greedy, I just want a point or two more and I'm out. Got out of my DELL close to the high. That long scared me more than being short.

Does anybody know if there are any studies of buying puts vs. shorting. I'm not sure how you would even define the question, but it seems to me that the time erosion, the bigger spread on options, and the fact that shorts get interest and no time pressure, would weigh on behalf of shorting. I know many who will not short because of unlimited downside...but but but...
