You mean, the right loves Barney? That explains it. Ugh. A lame creature, really, not worthy of the PBS label. Annoying, fat and purple. And, gay, at least Ive always thought that. I hate to say it, out of respect for my gay friends but yes, the gay gene pool took a hit when Barney was hatched.
