Monica,

All is not lost. Cyrix can rule the Windows 9x and NT based notebook market. They may also win some of the high end set top box market for playing Windows developed DVD ROM based computer games. The adoption of HDTV, which brings TV resolution closer to that of a PC screen, may also stimulate demand for Windows 9x and NT compatible set top boxes. But that market is far enough out to let Intel catch up.

Pravin.
