Yes to some degree, stocks like YHOO and AMZN have been hitting all time highs on the run up since Sept.1. However, look at companies like Sterling Commerce, the mother of electronic commerce, I happen to own some shares of this company, the stock has traded from the 40's to the low 30's. I am hesitating on buying until we some type of trend on the rise before I make the mistake of trying to catch the bottom, because I am really bad at finding the bottom typically. Good luck.
