Run Dusty Run:

Keep posting. I appreciate it. I've been a long time investor in this company for almost five years. I'm long term and keep adding to my position, especially at these prices. I thought I had a bargain at 011. Again, I appreciate your posts. If you decide to stop posting on this thread, send me your E-mail address. Jens has mine. I would be happy to share comments with you.

Best Regards:

PHANTOM

Certainly, keep posting. Lurkers who are accumulating will appreciate your insight into this company. I read every posting hoping to learn more. So far, although the stock price is down, I feel comfortable long term. Email me at selfop@aol.com for further discussion on ARET. Thanks, Dave

Run Dusty Run,

Can you or anyone tell me if ARET shareholders received shares in FXWA when the two companies got together. If so, were they restricted shares.

As you may know, NUOA is about to merge with FXWA and turn over its hotel and casino properties to FXWA for 50 % of FXWA's stock and notes and warrants (for another 30% of FXWA) totaling $180M.

NUOA shareholders keep their shares but we are waiting to find out how many shares of FXWA we will receive based on how many shares of NUOA we own.

It would seem as if FXWA and NUOA (possibly through its domestic casino sub) may joint venture with ARET. Just speculation but it seems to make sense.

What are you hearing. Please post here or the NUOA or FXWA boards. If you prefer, send me a PM.

Thanks for your time.

Ken
