What they need is yet another, multi-million $$ contract. I don't know what it's gonna take.. boy, it's tough getting out of the dog house. If the drag were NN-specific, I'd be discouraged, too. As it is, it's the sector, or at least that part that's painted with the same brush as Nortel. Strange how the market forgets LU's good analyst conference a few weeks earlier. There's a new front-page story on NN's website you might find encouraging: "The Changing Face of VPNs." newbridge.com Click on "Internetworking Transport White Paper," for a clear explanation of NN's IP over ATM strategy.
