I've been posting to this thread for a while as well, on both sides of the issue, and can vouch for some of the venom directed your way. You and I probably disagree more than we agree, and I don't think personal attacks are ever justified (even when they start it <g>), but if the warning was one-sided, it was remarkably unfair.

Last night all three local phone #s of my ISP gave busy signals, no matter how many times I tried signing on. I called the "24-hour" tech support line, and got a "Pacifier Online tech support. Please hold." I laid prostrate on my back on the couch, resting the phone on my shoulder. As I finally began to drift off to sleep after about 20 min., I hung up, my call unanswered. Great tech support.
