No I start with FA but use TA for timing decisions. I don't know what might happen now, my point was to just look at the last recession as a starting point. I'm sure CMB is much better managed now than then but the shocks could be just as large (or worse?). Anyway, I'm too scared to get into CMB yet, though last Fall I saw it as an excellent buying opportunity which it was.
